1. Who can object

If a business record identifies you as a person, you can exercise GDPR rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. For direct marketing, no reason is necessary and processing for that purpose must stop. Erasure, correction, access and restriction may also be requested under their legal conditions.

2. What information we need

Provide enough information to identify you and the relevant record: business or personal name, an identifier if available, the affected contact details and a reply address. Do not send an identity-document copy by default. If reasonable doubts exist, we may request only proportionate additional evidence. The form is optional; email or post may also be used.

3. Form

Your objection could not be sent. Please check the required fields or write directly to info@kontaktyb2b.pl.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. The controller uses the data you provide only to handle the request, to demonstrate that it has been handled and to block the data concerned (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Articles 12, 17 and 21 GDPR). No consent is needed for this. Details in the Privacy policy.

As you appear in the database or in the register.

Optional; makes it easier to find the record.

The address and the phone numbers, email addresses or website whose processing you object to – each item on a separate line.

Optional: reasons, a request for access to the data or hints that help find the record.

4. Handling and time limit

The operator reviews the request and replies without undue delay, normally within one month. If a lawful extension of up to two further months is needed, the reasons are explained within the first month. There is no automatic email acknowledgment. A direct-marketing objection stops that use; other legitimate-interest objections are assessed under Article 21(1) GDPR and any overriding grounds are explained. Corrections, restrictions, erasure and necessary suppression are handled according to the law. Notifications to prior recipients are made where Article 19 requires them; no automatic downstream deletion is promised. Requests are normally free, subject only to the GDPR exceptions. You may complain to the Czech UOOU or another competent authority, including UODO in Poland.

5. Other ways

You may contact the operator by email or post using the details below. Written follow-up can help identify the record and document the request but does not cancel a valid request already made by another means.
